Within our physical and energetic bodies, we contain the qualities of the 5 elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. During this workshop, we will focus on balancing the elements through deeply nourishing restorative yoga postures and the sounds of tubular chimes - each activating the flow and strength of qi or prana, our vital life-force energy, that will bring us wholly into harmony. The supporting frequency of Tibetan Singing Bowls will be layered in to support your journey through the body, mind, and spirit.
