New Moon & Divine Mother Mala Necklace Workshop

  • Siddhi Yoga 3473 North Booth Street Milwaukee, WI, 53212 United States (map)

The new moon is an auspicious time for creation. It is said that the veil between the spiritual plane and the physical plane is thinnest. We will honor the Divine Mother, within and without, by choosing to use this potent time to create new intentional objects that will enhance our journey towards dharma. Make one for the Divine Mother within or make one for your human mother for Mother’s Day.

The Divine Mother is the aspect of God that is the creator. During this workshop, we will create a one-of-a-kind intention and vibration-infused hand-knotted mala necklace. Mala necklaces are used in meditation as a counter and physical focal point for your awareness. Malas contain 108 beads, one guru bead, and are knotted in between each bead. Each component of a Mala is loaded with symbolism that is intended to empower and activate both the conscious and subconscious mind for self-transformation.

We will begin with a guided meditation that will connect you to your heart’s desire, set intentions, design and assemble our customized malas, and finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath that will infuse your beads and body with pure frequencies that have been used in meditation for centuries.

The mala will become a vibrational anchor for your meditation practice and each time you wear it, it will resonate and root you into the vibration of your intention.

Cost: $50.00 + Materials*

*Caitlin will have “Mala Kits” available for participants to purchase that will vary in price from $10.00 - $30.00 depending on the stones.
