A mala necklace is a tool for meditation that can be used as a focal point and worn as an anchor during spiritual practice. Traditionally mala necklaces consist of 108 beads, a number representing the completion of a cycle in Hindu spirituality, and one Guru bead representing a moment of gratitude for your teacher.
This workshop will guide participants through a heart-centered practice of creating an intention, designing and constructing an intention and vibration-infused mala, and finish with a relaxing sound bath of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes.
